It’s #Day5 and the final day of #5days5smoothies Thank you to all that chose to blend, stir and mix along with me 👏. Today’s smoothie reminds me of summer. Perfect for a day like today…..cold and snowy, it’s exactly what the doctor ordered. 😃 Cheers friends!

Raspberry Chia Seed Smoothie

Servings: 1

Ingredients
½ cup almond milk (or skim milk)
½ cup greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
½ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon chia seeds

Directions
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
