Episode 3 is with Cathy Furfaro-Ausman. Cathy is not only my cousin but someone that I have always admired. Growing up with Cathy has taught me to embrace life’s challenges, strive for success and she finds me hilarious and that makes her perfect. She’s an Educator at W.Ross MacDonald School which is the only school in Ontario and Canada for blind and deaf blind students. As a former CNIB rehabilitation instructor Cathy shares many kitchen safety tips, and her three trusty food guides. Spoiler Alert - I’m one of them but who else is on Cathy’s speed dial?
