BRYAN MANNING

Bryan Manning is the cofounder of the clothing brand Two Blind Brothers. He and his brother Bradford were both diagnosed with Stargardt disease and created this clothing brand to raise awareness and generate funds to help find a cure. All proceeds from the clothing brand Two Blind Brothers (2BB) go towards pre clinical retinal research. In this Episode Bryan and I talk about faking it in the kitchen, his signature dish, cooking for the family, grapes, and agreeing that plastic adds to the flavour profile of a meal.
