1 Tablespoon flax seed, ground
Healthy handful of spinach
¼ cup Vanilla Greek yogurt
1 cup unsweetened almond milk OR unsweetened coconut milk OR any kind of milk
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blenders . Mix until smooth.
