Keeping hydrated is always at the top of my daily to do list but during the holidays I’ve been slipping. So to keep me on my hydration game I’ve made a batch of this antioxidant packed, immune boosting POMEGRANATE CUCUMBER LEMON WATER……CHEERS!
Ingredients
Half a cucumber, sliced
1 pomegranate, seeded @costco
½ a lemon, sliced
4-6 cups of water
Directions
Gently smash the pomegranate seeds using a mortar or anything I have on hand that will puncture the seeds
Slice the cucumber and lemon and add all the ingredients to a carafe, or what I have in the photo above a water infuser from @loblawson
Add 4-6 cups of water and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours
