Salted Maple Macchiato

INGREDIENTS
2 oz espresso
6 ounces milk, hot or frothed
2 tablespoons maple syrup, plus extra for drizzle
few drops vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon Fleur de Sel (flaky salt)
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the milk in a pot on the stove and beat with a whisk until rich and foamy, or use a milk frother. Pour 6 ounces cold milk into the frothing pitcher and steam. Set aside.
Place vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons maple syrup into the mug, pour in the milk and slowly add the double shot espresso then drizzle with maple syrup and a few flakes of fleur de sel (flaky salt).
