I just finished a great workout! Managed to get in an extra 30 minutes of cycling before my personal training session and worked up an appetite. WHEW! Now THAT was a WORKOUT!
I looked down at my phone ....... Holding my breath ...... GASP! The battery charge on my phone is down to 20% and nowhere to charge it! A slow warmth traveled throughout my body, a light sweat forming on my brow, the battery was draining faster then I could say OH, MA GURD! Suddenly, a very familiar feeling of panic surged through my body like what I would assume peanut butter felt like before jam came on the scene, naked and incomplete. While I fumbled with my phone, feverishly searching for LOW BATTERY MODE and swiped right turning that grey switch green. I exhale, balance has been restored.
Oh c'mon! Tone down the judgy stares, head shaking and shoulder shrugs. It's a condition .... ummm ..... "Low Battery Anxiety" and if it isn't it should be, I digress. Let's get to the recipe for this delicious Protein Green Smoothie. Which, by the way is exactly what I need. Scroll down.
Cheers!
